FAQ’s

Is there free parking at the hotel?

• We have parking at the front of the hotel and in our overflow car park on the opposite side of the road, available on a frist come, first served basis.

Is there WIFI available?

• We have free WIFI for guests available throughout the hotel.

Do you have an EV charger at the hotel?

• We do not currently have an EV charger, but there is one available in the Crescent car park, opposite the hotel.

What happens if I am out late?

• We have a night porter on duty during the night, if the main door is closed, please ring the door bell or call the number displayed on the door to be let in.

Is the hotel wheelchair friendly?

• Yes the hotel has ramps to the front entrance, a lift to our first and second floors and several of our rooms can accommodate a wheelchair, we do have several walk in showers in the hotel, although none of these are roll in or wet rooms. Please call the hotel on 01288 352005 to discuss specific requirements to ensure we allocate you a suitable room.

Are dogs allowed in your restaurant?

• Dogs are welcome in the dog friendly section of our Coachman’s Bar, our Breakwater Brasserie is a dog free dining area.
